Justinville Boutique Return Policy: Justinville Boutique will happily accept returns and exchanges 7 days from the delivery date for store credit ONLY. Our Policy does not allow any refunds. Clothes must be unwashed, unworn, unscented, unsoiled with tags attached. We do not accept any clothes that have been damaged due to being washed. All clothing must be in condition for resale, to be eligible for store credit after 7 days have passed. After 7 days have passed all items are considered final sale.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
